I have noticed that over the course of making a relationship with real estate managers, you’ll be able to get them to understand that, in every single real estate contract, a payment is paid. In the end, FSBO sellers never “save” the commission. Rather, they struggle to win the commission by means of doing an agent’s occupation. In this, they shell out their money along with time to accomplish, as best they can, the assignments of an adviser. Those jobs include exposing the home through marketing, representing the home to buyers, developing a sense of buyer emergency in order to make prompt an offer, preparing home inspections, managing qualification checks with the bank, supervising maintenance, and assisting the closing of the deal.
