Build a sled that suited my riding style that would stand out among all other snowmobiles in the mountains without putting a flashy wrap on it.
Since I bought and turbo’d my 2010 Polaris assault I can’t ride a stock sled. They always need more power and standing out is a plus aswell .
Once I got it home from the dealer I proceeded to take it completely down to nothing. Pulled every nut and bolt out drilled out countless rivets removing every piece off the market fine until I was left with a bare tunnel.
Sent the tunnel out for custom powder coating. The tunnel color is a bronze copper metallic.
That after all the work I put into the sled and countless hours i had working on it, and never doing a custom build to this caliber before, after all was said and done I had no leftover nuts or bolts, no missing hardware, and it fired up and ran flawlessly.
It’s truly unique, the color of the tunnel is something no one has ever seen before. The way it’s been put together, the attention to detail in the rerouting of the wiring harness and the way the turbo kit was installed. Are those rails really carbon fiber, I wish I could have something like that.
