2012 Ski doo Xrs 800

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

My plan was an all around sled and now it’s perfect with its mods.

What motivated you to start your project?

I wanted a sled that could do it all with my riding type of Iowa ditches to the U.P. straight aways and still hang out west eith the mountain riders.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

  • Adding a 6 inch light bar to the dash. Most people said it couldn’t be done or would look stupid.

What are you most proud of?

The appearance. I’ve gotten stopped at lots of bars and had questions about it. It’s rare to see a 12 XRS around.

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

My sled has it’s own Instagram @Xrs_800 and the followers love it. I post quality photos to trail reports to basic how to’s.
