What was your intended objective when you started the build?
My objective was to build the new sled that I wanted to buy, I wanted the newer body styling, I wanted a longer track and I wanted more power!
What motivated you to start your project?
I Wanted a new sled and brought mine to a swap meet to sell it, there was a bunch of interest but most were just tire kickers and nobody wanted to spend the money. I ended up finding someone selling a bunch of new xm body panels and decided I’d just keep my sled and build it how I wanted.
What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?
The most unique thing done to my sled is the rear suspension and the rear of the tunnnel. The suspension is a 128” 2017 pcx r-motion rear skid with a pair of very rare 137” hillcross rails. The tunnel was cut, tilted and braced like the 2014+ rs snowcross sleds and then I used the factory mod 137” tunnel end cap. Both of these parts are nearly impossible to find I just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
What are you most proud of?
I absolutely love the way this sled came out, all the work was done by me in my shop and it couldn’t have come out better
What do other people say about your sled?
Everyone I’ve showed it to loves it. The sled is truly one of a kind and there’s not another one out there like it.
