Longer track and a more comfortable ride
Had a bunch of parts laying around and wanted to make my sled better for me
Haven’t done it yet but am planning on doing an IQ front suspension swap on to my edge chassis
The 136” track conversion I did last fall and it works so great would recommend it to anyone with an edge chassis
Everyone seems to like it. It’s a very impressive 600. They like how snappy it is all the way through the throttle

Make, Model & Year: Polaris Pro x 600 2004

Time spent: Hundreds of hours overall
Sled cost: Was gifted to me from a good friend
Money spent: Been slowly putting different things on it over the last 2 years with little to no money
Engine: Polaris liberty twin 600 VES 130hp estimated with ported cylinders and higher compression head
Intake: Vforce 3 reeds carbureted 38mm mukuni flat slides
Exhaust: Stock expansion pipe and unknown can want to say it's a snow stuff but unsure
Drivetrain: Stock clutching 22-40 gearing seems to work very well
Tunnel/Chassis Modifications: Extended tunnel for 136 track dropped the front of the skid frame 3/4 of an inch. Working on putting some better boards on and possible cooling system swap this spring
Suspension: Working on putting IQ front a arms on to the edge chassis otherwise stock
Brakes: Switch to a newer style brake lever and controls
Finish - Paint: Factory paint for now
Accessories: Has upgraded LED lighting for all lights
