Engine: Rktek 827 with rer from a 2003 renegade
Exhaust: Aaen twin pipes, powder coated and wrapped
Drivetrain: Mach z 1000 primary and secondary clutches, rev wave brake rotor, Wahl exovert drivers and anti stab. 159 challenger track. Ibackshift clutching
Tunnel/Chassis Modifications: Tunnel extended from 121 for the 159, bent up a sheet of aluminum for the extension, new mounting brackets, rev heat exchanger. One off machined rear bumper, custom front bumper. Custom built airframe running boards.
Suspension: Narrowed front suspension to 35in. ohlin piggyback shocks. Rear suspension is a 154 out of an 09 xp set back to run the 159 track.
Finish – Paint: Custom od green paint all graphics are painted on. Running boards and skid are powdercoated
Accessories: 12in led lightbar behind a smoked lense, machined riser, controls moved to console, C&a pro skis, powermadd handguards, ice age 2 wheel kit.

How did you narrow the front end?
Radius rods were cut down in a lathe 3 inches per side. . I made new ends and welded them on. Tierods were cut down and re threaded. I also made poly bushings for the whole front end. shock mount had to be moved down and shorter shocks were needed to keep the geometry so the front end wouldn’t bind.
Can you tell me how you did your headlight?
the headlight is a sheet of lexan that if thermal formed over the original headlight.
Are the running boards for a rev style ?
No. I made them from scratch.
How have you done the headlight exactly? i wanna do this for mine
were did you buy the wrap
did u mount the xp skid in the stock zx chassis front hole as I want to put a 154 xp skid and track in my zx chassis i know the back mounting hole will need to be moved but is the fron in the stock zx location
