1996 Polaris Indy ultra xp

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

To successfully put a 600 momo block into an indy ultra and run consistently in the 10’s

What motivated you to start your project?

I wanted a strong motor that would run in the 10’s. It’s an asphalt sled that came with a stock 680

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

Mounted the motor on aluminum blocks to raise it up to the proper height and cut some of the frame so the carb would be straight. Used solid motor mounts.

What are you most proud of?

It worked. Pretty much guessed at everything.

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

That motor doesn’t belong in that sled!!
