1984 Yamaha Phazer

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Objective was to build a one off prostock
Drag phazer with many cool features and the one off look

What motivated you to start your project?

Really just wanted to start another build and this was one I sketched up years ago.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

Can’t really say that there is only one thing but in the creative end I would have to say the retro 70’s Yamaha paint scheme

What are you most proud of?

Well to have the machine finished was a big one. I am proud of the end results

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

I have had it to a few shows and many people live the sled and most comment on the paint.

Love this sled, well done !

  • Phil Peterson says:

A bad assed sled. Saw it’s progress from the start. Mike had a vision from the start and would explain what he was doing and how it would look. It turned out much better than I could imagine. Mike thinks out of the box and does things most guys wouldn’t ever dream up.

I’ve known him for many years. His stuff and skills get better every time I see him do a project. His work is inspiring even though he’s 20+ years younger than me.
