To build a vintage mod stock speed run sled
Always wanted another free air sled like I had back in the day so I went looking found this on Craig’s list last spring and spent the summer taking it apart reworking looking for used as well as nos parts
Paint the aluminum bumper green
Jack shaft is green tie rods are white motor rebuild crank up two into one vintage tuner pipe instead of twin pipes
It will be my sons sled to race

Engine: I build it crank done by bill bune It is a Suzuki 500 cc free air stock hp was around 65 I think it's in the neighborhood of 80-85 now
Intake: Twin vm38 round slides 230 main 40 pilot k&n filter pods
Exhaust: In unknown pipe mfg stock y pipe into 1 tuner pipe hp gain 7 %
Drivetrain: 9 tower clutch 90's reverse cam secondary stock chain case re
Tunnel/Chassis Modifications: Rebuild skid new NOS bushings ,springs wahal bro’s short skis

Finish - Paint: Painted whole sled save OEM DECALS
