1979 Kawasaki Invader 340

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Get the Invader running and ridable to participate in local vintage rides.

What motivated you to start your project?

Wanted to get into vintage sleds, and my brother had an invader back when I was a kid, so that’s what I wanted to find. Ky cousin foundation guy selling 4 invaders, so we went halves on them.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

Hard to answer, its honestly all stock so there isn’t anything extra on it. It does still have the passenger handles on it, which is extremely rare.

What are you most proud of?

The overall condition of the sled. Other than the seat cover having a few cracks in it, it’s in extremely great condition.

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

Nice Imvader! Wanna sell it?
