What was your intended objective when you started the build?
Build a sled that was fast and could hold up to the demands of a snocross track.
What motivated you to start your project?
My stepdad had heard about vintage snocross from some friends and we decided to give it a try. After an embarrassing first race, we set out to create the ultimate leaf spring snocross sled that the rules would allow.
What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?
Updated rear skid or custom mounted plastic skis.
What are you most proud of?
4 straight championships and never had a catastrophic mechanical failure.
What do other people say about your sled?
It’s fast, it’s loud, they compliment the looks. Lots of people are curious about the mods.
