1973 Polaris Starfire 340

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

I was going to just replace hood and clean it up.
I ended up restoring it.

What motivated you to start your project?

I was motivated to restore and finish it within a year. I had started to restore a 72 Polaris ATX, I spent about 10 years on it and never finished it. It was almost done, but I decided to sell it to make more room in my garage. So when I saw this one for sale and bought it, I knew I had to keep working on it until it was done.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

I restored it to look like a stock sled

What are you most proud of?

I finished it in about 7-8 months

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

Nothing, not to many people have seen it.
