What motivated you to start your project?

This sled was my grandfather’s. I dug it out from under hay bails in the barn.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

Making it more comfortable to ride.

Engine: 530 twin Came in sled stock
Intake: Carbs, I swapped fix mount for rubber boot mounts.
Exhaust: Stock tuned pipe, but I cut pipe and removed baffles. Weld back pipe. Looks stock!!
Drivetrain: 20in. Track
Tunnel/Chassis Modifications: Cut trunk and seat toolbox off and used indy seat
Suspension: Stock
Brakes: Stock
Finish – Paint: Painted
