To keep the sleds as original as possible yet be able to take them on the trails
My grandpa had 2 old olympics he bought brand new in 1969 and one in 1973 he paid cash and still has the original paperwork he kept them in the garage for years untill i decided to suprise him and restore them
Keeping everything original most parts are stock on the sleds other then the usual things that need replacing
The fact that i have the original covers the original bill of sale and the owners manuals with the skidoo suits that came with the machines
They say its amazing that they are original and the 69 sure turns heads out on the trail
