Once again Dennis Kirk out does itself. Top quality part with a more than reasonable price. It bolted up exactly as the original did. As a matter of fact it went in place easier than the old one came out. All of the parts I've purchased from Dennis Kirk have installed as if they belonged on my bike in the first place. THANKS GUYS my bike ROCKS!!!!
I installed this radiator cover on a 2009 Honda Shadow Spirit 750. Like others have posted, installing the cover over the lower rubber mounts is "tricky" and the cover has to be lined up just right for it to fit. Use something like dish soap, WD-40, liquid hand soap, etc. to lubricate the rubber mounts and it should work much better. I used some Armor All and it really helped. I had to cut one side of my OEM plastic radiator cover off because only one side slips off (you would have to remove the entire radiator if you wanted to save the OEM cover). No pictures in the instructions so I was confused for a bit about where to mount the four rubber pads that came with the new cover. Two go above the see-through grill and two go below it. Otherwise, I love the added chrome and it really gives my bike a more classy look!!!
Installed on a 2009 Honda spirit 750. First I like to say is the craftsmanship of the product and the chrome were excellent. Second the instructions were absolutely horrible and didn't have any pictures to help you out. A bit a advice when trying to slide the bottom of the chrome grille into the lower rubber gasket that holds the radiator use some oil on the cutouts to help them slide in. Even with the oil it still a pain in the but better have some strong hands and some patience. Also didn't understand why they didn't have a chrome replacement bolt at the top. It tells you to use the stock hardware. For price you pay they can give you a chrome bolt.
