Bolt holes line up prefect on the strut. however the finder sets way to high with almost 6" gap between the tire & fender. Does not look Wright. I had to modify the fender by putting both left & right side front bolt & dropping the fender 2" away from the tire. Had to drill new holes. Cut the back part of the fender to the radius of the rim and welded the pieces on the front of the fender so the fender flowed with the rim. Had to cut out part of the (stock seat pan) so it would fit flush on top of the ECM. If you have a metal seat pan you might be able to cut out for the ECM & try to bended the rear of the pan to get it close enough that you want have to big of a gap. I work at a custom bike shop in Fort Worth Texas. X 2 C cycles.
