I decided with these instead of other $200+ lights and they are awesome. I mounted them on my 1" diameter engine guards with no problems. The kit includes a push button switch that you can mount to the handlebars with double sided tape. The set up I have is its wired with the solenoid and fuse, but instead of using the switch, I have the switch wire going to the high beam prong on the headlight, so when I turn on the brights, they'll come on. I have them aimed outward so I can see the peripheral sides (work nights and travel in country). Liked them so much I bought another set to go on my girlfriend's bike. They also help with visibility. If mounted on engine guards, an on coming car will see a "tri-pod" of lights, so they can differentiate a motorcycle from a car with a headlight out. Very good for the price. May not be as high a wattage as some others, but good for the price. Not all that stylish, I mean they are chrome, but the mounts and swivel for the lights are just that, not for show, but for functionality which is what I care about. Ride safe brothers and sisters.
