how much does this kit lower the front end?
A shopper on Jul 1, 2017
BEST ANSWER: 1" to 2" can be selected to lower the front end.
I have a 2009 FLHTC with 1" lower Harley air shocks on back. Would this kit with the 2" lower spings be to low on the front ?
Kris C on Jan 27, 2019
BEST ANSWER: THIS KIT COMES WITH (8) 1/2" SPACERS FOR 2" HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT. i HAVE A 13 FLHR AND LEFT OUT ALL THE SPACERS. DEFINITELY LOWERED THE BIKE. SUSPENSION IS STIFF. VIDEO'S CALL OUT 10W FOR FORK OIL BUT MFG CALLS OUT 20W
i have a 23" tire will I have to put bump stopper in if I lower it 1 inch?
b h on Feb 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I’m not sure what year or model of Harley you have but my original tubes have bump stoppers on them. But yes a bump stopper would be the smart thing to have. Your triple trees should also upgraded to a 6 degree rake tree so your bike from end sits correctly as well.

Progressive Monotube kit rocks
Installed the kit in about 3 hours due to the time it takes to take apart the inner an outer fairings on a FLH. The Kit is easy to install if you have some mechanical ablity and the ride is well worth the cost. No more front end dive when applying the brake and takes the jar out of unexpected hits. I opted to lower the front end 1" to match what I did with the rear shocks because I am 5'7" and can now stop with both feet flat on the ground with a bend in the knee. Only thing I notice is will scrape the kickstand if I hit a large dip/bump on a sharp left turn. Wish I would have installed sooner.

Progressive fork kit
Thank you Progressive, the handling of my '12 Limited has been improved 100%. And, thank you DK and your tech support for helping me with making this purchase. I also bought the 944 Progressive shocks. This setup lowered my bike, improved handling, and makes me look really smart for going though Dennis Kirk... I'll be back.

One of the best things I've done to my bike.
Really good instructions and pictures! Went together fast and easy. The bike rides better and handles better. I wish I had done this years ago.
