Excellent shocks and excellent service
The Progressive Shocks give me the best and smoothest ride ever. Top quality shocks, perfect fit. I did not realize the difference that a high quality shock could make in the ride and handling. I shopped a lot of stores and online sites for these and no one could beat Dennis Kirk prices. I will continue to use and recommend this product and site to everyone.

There great, much better than the air shocks being the 416's.
Progressive has a serious Engineering problem with the 416 shock. It's coming apart inside and they will not fess up to that.
The 412 shock's are the fix to this problem. They fit well and I'm very happy with the performances of the shock's on my 2000 1500 Gold Wing bike. You cant go wrong. The only down fall is that you have to remove the saddle bags to adjust the preload on the shock, again no big deal, it's a fine shock for a heavy bike. Say goodbye to blowing seals for good.

Great ride for reasonable price
I liked my Progressive 416 air shocks on my 1999 GL1500. But the seal blew on one and the air line on the other got damaged by the seat, so I effectively had a hard-tail Goldwing. Not the best situation. The 412s went on with no hassle, but don't forget to put the 14mm bushing in the bottom eye, like I did. Great ride, set on middle notch since it's only me and my gear riding. Great handling, and highly recommended.
