BEST ANSWER: USA
which end was installed on the lifter I put the adjust end , and cannot get bike to start . took back out and installed oem and compression back to 150psi so set in a vice and laid a level across top and made same length reinstalled and still no start ?? also had machine shop derss valve seats and add new stem seals so yes top is tight as new was going to recheck compression and battery decided to give up lol maybe try a new battery to test compression (14 FLHTCU) also added .675 roller rockers and hilift johnson lifters and .030 cometric head set in mls type gaskets has 88k on clock otherwise all stock
