It works!
Bought this and a parts unlimited brake lever for a 1976 kd100m. The lever did not fit in this lever holder. I had to grind down the sides of the lever significantly and drill out the hole in it to get it to fit in the lever holder, both of these parts were supposed to fit my bike. The construction of the lever holder is very thick aluminum and seems very durable. Installation onto the handlebars was super easy, and took about 30 seconds.
