I purchased these for an older model Polaris XLT, that the Thumb Warmer had quit working, and was unable to buy a replacement from Polaris, the aftermarket warmers don't work as well. So I bought these and they helped the aftermarket warmer keep the thumb warm. You can even use lighter weight Gloves. Awesome Purchase...
Kind of small for ATVs with a winch switch on the handle bars. The velcro does not hold tight we had to put a extra pice of velcro on the paws to get them to stay in place. Also had to remove the hand guards to get them on.
My wife has complained for years about her hands getting cold. Mittens, Gortex Gloves, Brush Guards, Glove Liners, New Hand Warmers... nothing worked. Bought these... this past weekend in Sub Zero temps, she had her hand warmers on low and thin gloves... not one complaint! Wish I hand done this long ago could have saved loads of cash!! :)
I just used them for the first time this past weekend and they are awesome. They went on easily on my Yamaha handlebars and have plenty of room inside. With the sled hand warmers on the lowest setting I was still able to wear a light pair of gloves and my hands were toasty. If your hands get cold I highly recommend them.
They worked well, but as stated above. It does take a little extra time to get your hand back in after signaling. I'm hoping they don't start to sag or it will be more difficult. There was enough velcro to securly support to my stock 01 Polaris bars
