The collar is very soft ,no chaffing, velcro closures work great(didn't open goin down the road) The zippers on the bottom of the legs are great for puttin on over boots. The legs weren't so baggy that they laid on the pipes but are still roomy. Overall fit and function is great! the best feature is that I stayed DRY!!!
I recently rode 600 miles in two days for vacation. The first day it did nothing but rain the entire time during high 30's to low 40's temps. This rainsuit was a life saver. It doesn't add much warmth, but it kept me dry. Worked well at deflecting the freezing wind too. I was glad I bought two sizes bigger than I had originally thought I needed. I was able to wear the jacket over my normal padded riding jacket. This was a perfect addition to my riding gear and doesn't take up too much space in my saddle bag.
I bought this product becausee of the reviews I read about this and similar items. I MUST agree with the others that bought this rain suit...WELL worth the money. Just rode from Philadelphia, PA to Denver, CO. Every travel day it rained, some more and harder than others, but the result was the same...dryness. Very happy with this. Runs true to size; glad I purchased the medium. Although I am a petite woman, needed the sizing to go over everything and just rolled the pants at the waist.
I just returned from a week in the Black Hills. We were caught in some horrible down pours (including hail) and this suit kept me incredibly dry. I honestly did not think it would considering the amount of rain we rode through. I am 6' tall, 220lbs.The only suggestion I have in to try it on if possible. I have a 33 " inseam and I wish the pants were a bit longer. When I used the stirrups I had to wear the pants a bit lower than I'd like. It really wasn't that big of a deal though. I'm really happy with this suit and even more impressed with the price.
It is indeed called StormRider for a reason! Thanks for the honest firsthand review!

SR-6000 Stormrider Rain Suit
This suits works very welll, only issue that I have with the rain suit is that the pants do not have any means of tightening around the waist. The pants only have an elastic waist and are not adjustable. I purchased a larger size than I normally wear, so that it would fit over my leather gear and the pants were difficult to secure.
This is a very economical rain suit. If you ride in the rain often you would want to invest in a more expensive suit. But if you need a rain suit for those occasional unexpected cloud bursts this is perfect. It doesn't take up a lot of room in your saddlebags, it's quality is good and it KEEPS YOU DRY. Not a big investment for something you seldom need. A very good value.
