Best investment I've put on the bike not only for me but also for the passenger. I have no lower back pain if your ride a lot or do long road trips I highly suggest this seat ! And it looks good on the bike .
This pad WILL fit a 2001 Honda Shadow ACE 750. Product info on this site says this pad would NOT fit my bike but it bolted directly on to the stock Hondaline sissy bar with the two supplied screws. Went to the Mustang site and they said it would fit my bike and took the chance and Mustang was correct. Wife loves the comfort and I love the look on the bike. Will be ordering the Mustang Touring seat next.
I purchased a Mustang Seat a couple months ago for my 2009 Honda Shadow Spirit 750 and wanted to add the matching Mustang Sissybar Pad. I felt the wider pad would be more comfortable (and maybe even a bit safer) than the stock Honda sissybar pad. The mounting holes matched up exactly with the tall Honda Sissybar I have. The only problem I encountered is that the two mounting bolts I have are not long enough to reach the pad. I took out the two spacers that are used to mount the chrome back plate and was able to make it work. I will purchase some longer mounting bolts and then should be good to go. Love the style and comfort and my bike is starting to stand out from the thousands of other Honda Shadows out there.
I bought a used 2007 Yamaha V-Star 1300 and it had a sissy bar but no pad. Bought this pad and it looks and works great. The included bolts are held on by internal nuts. I could only use the top center nut. My bar has the bottom two mounts higher and wider than the ones in this pad. I drilled 2 short wood screw through the plywood backing and it is holding perfect for now. It has been 3 weeks and is still working perfect.
