BEST ANSWER: I use this to hold a small dirt bike with a 14 inch front tire. I note the scooter you reference (Honda PCX 150) also has a 14 inch front tire. However, 2 reasons why this may not fit your application are; 1) the front fender on your scooter may prevent positioning the clamping portion of the wheel chock from locking down on the tire, and 2) your tire may be too wide to fit this particular style of wheel chock. IMO, this chock is really made for dirt bikes, where the fender is up and out of the way, and the front tires are narrower than most street tires.
