Ok, could be better

Recommended if you can not find something better, it works and given that you know up front that a wide rack sacrifices looks a little for utilities sake it does not look bad. Welds are ok. It should have fit better and required a little muscle to flex things so that all attachment points lined up, I expect this will be a nuisance every time you need to remove the forward mounting bolts to remove the seat. It would have looked better if they had made it sit about 1/2" over the fender instead of a full 1". I think lock washers may be a good addition. Pay attention to front and back spacers and bolts, they are different length (you will figure it out but it is easier if you note what was removed from where initially). That is it, not bad, could have been better with a bit more attention to detail from the manufacturer. I personally would not load it above 50 lbs, if I wanted to carry something heavy I would look at racks that mount to rear subframe by drilling through fender.
