I run my blaster on trails, ice races, race tracks so i need to rebuild every year to keep it in shape! This is a good product that you can depend on to get the job done with same quality as stock parts so you know it will run like new every time. even in the sand box i live in.
These kits came with all the pieces I needed. The gaskets and o-rings fit properly and didn't swell when in contact with gasoline. I've installed these kits in Yamaha Big Bear 400 and a Yamaha Warrior 350. Both kits were very good. I would buy them again.
Ordered the kit number recommended by the website for my 84 ATC200ES and its not correct. The bowl gasket included is just a big round o-ring, the bowl on this carb has many corners and its a difficult shape. The bowl groove is not deep enough to just use a standard o-ring, guess i could glue it in bit by bit to keep it in place for install but what a pain! Also the small metal washer that is used with the small o-ring for the pilot screw is too large and will not fit the opening for it, installed with just the o-ring hope that works ok. Also included another small mystery o-ring that i cannot find any use for so far. Overall an ok kit if you have a good bowl gasket and parts left over from the original carb build but if your trying to work on a carb that was already torn down and missing parts its not going to give you everything you need and some of the parts are wrong regardless.
These kits are complete and the best choice for rebuilding carburetors. The OEM's do not offer complete kits, and would cost 4 times the amount to piece it together. These kits are always top quality and come with most everthing to do a professional job. Can't beat 'em with a stick. I have a repair shop and use these kits a lot.
I bought a carb kit for my 1986 trx350 and 1994 suzuki 4 wheelers and what a nice kit. The had everything needed for a complete rebuild. The 4 wheelers ran perfect afterwards so fitment of gaskets and jets were perfect.
It is not easy to find parts for a 31 year old ATV. DennisKirk had the carburetor rebuild kit. It arrived at the post office four days sooner than expected, and the Suzuki was running great before day's end.
I had to rebuild my carb on my 660 Grizzly ATV. I found this to be a very complete kit and was a lot better price wise than purchasing the individual items separtely from the dealership. The kit contained all the gaskets and jets needed to rebuild the carb along with a new float needle and seat. The only problem I had was with the main needle being brass rather than stainless steel like the factory. Other than that I rebuilt the carb and all the items in the kit fit properly.
