I think is a good plate. It fit good in my blaster. it's a little bit narrow but since is aluminum it did bend a litle bit til fit just fine. I didn't hit any thing yet but I thing if it happend it will be just fine, I think is a good plate. maybe a litte to expensive. I like it.
This Swingarm Skid plate is a good value, it fits great and looks good. Took it through some rock terrian after the install and it took a beating but did its job great and it left no marks or bends. The only problem is you can hear noise where the metal is flexing against the swing arm. I have tried putting padded tape but havent corrected it yet. But this is a small issue for a product of this quality and the protection it provides.
This skid plate fit on the machine perfect without any modification at all I am impressed by how easy it was installed less than 10 minutes from start to finish I highly recommend this skid plate to anyone. It looks great on the machine and looks very durable.
This is another great product by Moose from Dennis Kirk. This skid plate is bigger then others, it covers more of the swing arm, and its thicker then others. No problems with fitment, went right into place and bolts went in perfect.
I bought 2 skid plates and they installed in minutes with no modifications needed. There are 1" spacers that go between the skid plate and the bottom mounting bolts that lowers the skid plate 1". This is needed because the radius of the skid plate does not match the radius of the axle housing. If the skid plate was bent to match the axler housing the ground clearance would not be affected as much. This skid plate takes away about 1.25" of ground clearance. We hit several rocks with these plates the first time out and they worked fine. Before without the plates we broke a chain which cost almost as much as one skid plate!
