Michelin T63
My wife and I just completed an 1100 mile dual sport ride. We rode the Tennessee section of the Trans America Trail. Each of us were running Michelin T 63s on front and rear. I am impressed with the lack of noise and vibration at highway speeds. These tires handled predictably on asphalt and did better then I expected in mud, gravel, water crossings and gravel hills. The good news is, the amount of wear appears to be minimal. We now have over 1500 miles on them with our XT 250 and DR-Z 400 and I believe they will easily go 3 to 4 thousand. Michelin continues to impress me with their tires and I am still a believer.

Great Tire
I was hesitant about buying this tire because of the one bad review. I did purchase it and a set of Avon Gripsters just in case. I installed the T63 on the rear and have over 1000 miles on it now. I've ridden it on gravel, sand, mud and asphalt with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I will definitely purchase another set of T63s and leave the Gripsters in storage. I think that I'll be able to easily get another 1000 miles out it.

Great Tire for the Price
I mounted this rear tire on my KTM950A, because I have a more narrow, aftermarket rim. It got excellent traction, and performed very well, for the money. Mileage is what one would expect, running it on a 500 lb 'dirtbike', with 100hp. No chucking or abnormal wear on the tire. I'll purchase one again, when I know I'll be going through sand/mud where its lugs help the big bike get traction.

Great KLR tire
I bought a pair of these for my '03 KLR this summer and I love them! They work great on-road, but noisy. They handle and hold corners much better than I was expecting. Great on dirt and no problems in the wet and mud. An excellent all around tire and a great value.

Great KLR tire
I bought a pair of these for my '03 KLR this summer and I love them! They work a lot better than I expected after switching from much more highway oriented tires. They are noisy but they hold and handle very well in corners. On dirt they are great too and worked well on wet and muddy roads. I think these are an excellent dualsport tire and an excellent value. Good luck finding a pair.

Michelin T63
I bought these tires for my 1993 XR650L in search of "the" 50/50 tire. I have tired many different tires including MT21, D606 and while there are excellent 70/30 there was more desired for the pavement. After mounting the T63s I first noticed some high speed buzz (above 60) and poor tracking in highway grooves. This has since gone away and I am very happy with the tires performance on street and dirt I feel that I have compromised on nothing. Currently have 1,500 miles on the set and would be surprised to see less than 3,500 for the rear given current wear rate. I would highly suggest giving these a try.

Great Tire, Great Price
D.K. had the best price on this tire. Good off road traction and loud on the road (of course, it's a knobby) Don't have enough miles on yet to know about longevity. I'll get the rear once the Maxxis burns up.

RealKnobs for Dual Sports
Installed on a 400# dual sport bike. Plenty of grip on wry or dry pavement. Follows rain grooves, but it its a knobbie so pretty unavoidable. Only a few hundred miles so no idea of durability but looks fine so far. Works really well off road. For the price its a great choice.
