Scorcher 80/90-21
This tire came stock on my 2016 Wide Glide. Grips and handles good, but the tread wear is a joke for a front tire. I am at 3,500 miles right now and I will be lucky to get 5,000 miles out of it. (SMH) The rear scorcher is wearing as expected for a typical V-twin tire, however, I am not impressed at all with the front. For the price of this tire, the tread should last just a little bit longer than it does.

Love it
Tire follows the grooves in the pavement a little at first, but gets much better after 400 miles or so. They really hold the mountain curves well.

does not last long
Original equipment on 2016 Wide Glide. Lasts less than 7500 miles. This is the front tire. The back has plenty of life left. Michelin Commander II is a much better tire as far as long life. I have not noticed a difference concerning handling.

What tube specifications are required for this tire?
Jeff S on Apr 11, 2017
BEST ANSWER: On page 919 in the 2017 Genuine HarleyDavidson P&A catalog It says the rim width of this tire is 4.50, same width as the 160. Yet DK continues to list the rim width at 5.00. Why? HarleyDavidson has been selling this 180/17 for about 3 years. Odds are H-D info is correct. Investigate please.
