First Pilot Road 4
Just replaced Pilot Road 3 with a new PR4. The 3 was such a good tire that i thought i'd try the 4 this time on a 05 FJR.

Over 10K miles and still with sticky side walls!
Have had 3 pair now. Over 10K miles each set.
Sticky side walls mean I still go much too fast on the mountains with 1/4" chick stripes.

Terrific set of tires!
Best tires I have owned! Stick in the turns and twisters, run quiet, no longer feel the tar strips. Very happy with this purchase.

Which michelin is more suited for the front of my 08 FJR 1300? The standard pilot road 4 or the pilot road 4 GT
Dave S on Oct 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The GT is more suited to the FJRs weight. They have a heavier sidewall to compensate, and therefore steer a bit heavier. If you ride solo, the standard is your tire. Steers and handles much better. Good luck and ride safe.
Which would be more suitable for a 2017 kawasaki z900. The michelin pilot 4 or the 4 gt?
Yojimbo on Feb 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Either, your choice
