as advertised
Not that I would know the partidulars of a quality fork oil, but I bought two containers of Maxima 7w fork oil and drained and dismantled my front forks, cleaned all the parts, replaced oil and dust seals (only one side leaked, but for the effort I figured I might as well replace both), and rebuilt, and refilled my forks to the depth (distance from top, actually) and tested out my front suspension. It's hard to tell the difference between this and the original 5w oil in the forks, as the old oil was nasty and probably not dampening properly. But since rebuilt the shock and rebound dampening have been great on the track. A very satisfactory product.

A Little Extra Was Great
Good quality oil. Filled both shocks with 8.8 oz., and that was nice having a little extra in the bottle - only had to buy one!

Nice
I like the oil, plain and simple. It has been in my forks a while now and i have had no problems, no leaks. Used this oil along with the moose fork seal kit and rebuild kit.

Forked
I need to add additional fluid to my forks and decided to empty what was in there with this. much better lubrication and stiffness than what was in there. 200% better than stock!

Works OK
Can't compare much but it does cost more than Harley fork oil from the shop.

BEST ANSWER: It depends on your bike but most bikes will need 2 pints to service both forks. 1 pint per side.
