I am writing on behalf of my brother n laws and my experience with the Klock Werk Billboard windshields.

We both have 650 V star Classics. I have the Silverado windshield my buddy has the Boulevard.

Both were purchased and installed last spring. Installation took about 20 minutes.

I did a lot of research and read the testimonials and truly thought they were all to good to be true. But for two hundred dollars it was worth the gamble.

From this point in the review please note that the results are the exact same from both riders.

Our first trip was a quick hundred miler. When we got off our bikes we were both littery in shock.

Keep in mind the 650 only ways 550 lbs soaking wet and at 75 to 80 is very light in the front end.

At 80 miles an hour the down draft made it handle like a 1000 lbs bike. No shimming swaying total stability.

When trailing Semis or passing them, No rocking, swaying, again nothing! Handling in the corners at all speeds unbelievable.

My buddy can smoke a cigerate at 70 miles an hour and the ashes get sucked strait up and out away from the eyes.

I ride every day I can in Michigan. The first time I got caught in the rain was again another great surprise. The airflow design kept the rain off the whole upper body and out of the eyes. That’s critical, and again the added down flow helped with the steering in the down poor when you hit those hidden puddles.

One thing we both noticed was when driving at 40 and below the bottom flares kind of distort the pavement in a magnified sort of way. It only took about ten minutes for us to get used to it. And again what a benefit that turned out to be, That magnification helped both of us spot pot wholes better at the slower speeds.

We can say to any one out there looking at these windshield’s. Buy them, Tell your friends, tell everyone who has a bike. And to Klock Werks, I would suggest you jump into the rest of the Jap market. But if you don’t thanks for making them for the 650.

Rick and Mike from Mi.
