This is a phenomenal boot! Received as an xmas present, and put 175 miles on over New Years. The most comfortable boots I've ever had. Temps down to -17 and feet were warm! Danced for a couple of hours in them New Years eve at the local joint, without issue - very light. I am a size 9.5 and bought a 10 - fits perfect.
Got mine 4 years ago and I thought I found the perfect boot. Loved everything about the boots for all applications. This last year I started getting wet feet. Noticed the bottom sole was separating from the boot. Started a warranty claim thru klim and there return was is was caused by by running boards. Really. Way to generalize klim. Needless to say they will not do anything and there warranty is for ONE year. That's alot of cheddar for a one year warranty
I was a bit sceptical of this boot at first being only 600g of thinsulate but it is plenty warm. Worn with smartwool socks, my feet are warm and dry. The gortex breathes well and I do not get sweaty feet. They run true to size and come with an additional thin insole to put under the insulated insole to make it a half size smaller. I typically wear 11.5 and I purchased the 12. They run narrower than some other brands I tried including fxr. They are very supportive but easy to walk in. I would highly recommend this product.
I have wore all kinds of snowmobile boots over the years...from race boots to trail boots. Hands down the best boot I have ever owned. Feet stay warm, dry and they are actually comfortable to walk in once they break in. A ton of money, but way worth it.
Excellent product. They do run a size small, I bought size 10 where I usually wear a 9.5 and they fit fine. They are a bit stiff at first, but walking in them breaks them in well. They are comfortable enough for me to wear all day even walking. Very warm, extremely dry...Worth the extra $$$. These have kept my feet warmer and DRIER than any others- including my big Sorels. Absolutely great soles- this is why I bought them- perfect for mountain riding, they are grippy and sure footed when hopping around on the sled.
The only complaint I can make is that they are difficult to lace up tight as the laces go through holes all the way to the top so one must work their way from the bottom up. The do fit well and I'm glad I bought them.
