This tire works well in wet or dry and has good feel in corners also. I would not hesitate to purchase another set. I was impressed after the purchase.

Definitely notice a difference
I have a 1980 Kawasaki Z1000 Classic G1 and the old Dunlap Qualifiers although still plenty of tread were getting hard. The rubber wasn't grabbing on corners and I bought these because of reviews I'd seen online. I so far am fully satisfied with them. I will know better after my road trip from MN to SD this fall for the Sturgis Rally Week.

7000mi hard riding and a few more left.
I bought a '88 Kawasaki Eliminator 250 with 13.000mi and the OEM Dunlops and bought new tires by price and the fact that Kenda offered tires that would fit both front and back in the cruiser/touring category. After a proper scuff in, the tires performed beyond what I had expected. The traction is consistent from temps as low as 32F to 98F, but starting out on a 28F night from work it only took about 10mi to get the heat up and the traction on. With 1/32" chicken strips on the rear, the K671 front pushes at high lean angles. At 7,000mi the rear is showing signs of wear and I figure I have about 1,200-1,500mi before I run out of usable tread. I will definitely order these again.

Good Alternative
Good alternative to more expensive tires. Not great mileage but excellent hold to the road in wet weather. Sizing is wider than standard 130.

the best MC tire purchase I've ever made!
I purchased this tire along with the matching Kendra k657 120/90-16 rear tire and let me say I'm very happy! This was the first MC tire purchase I've ever made and also was the first time i mounted new tires and let me say it was easy and fun. I put them on my 81 Honda cm400c and they look awesome. Keep on making them Kendra.

BEST ANSWER: yes it is and im very happy so far with it has about 1000 miles on it seems to be wearing just fine
The tire im takin off is a mt9016 will this tire replace it?
A shopper on Apr 4, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes this will replace mt9016. I have bought a few sets of these tires and there a real good tire for the price. Little softer so you don't get as many miles. But are sticky so they grip good. Hope this was helpful.
What size tire would I need for a lower profile on my 85 ultra classic. It sits a little too high, don't want to go through lowering prosses?
Scott M on Jan 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I used a K657 to replace a K630 (130/80S-16). It was less expensive and also fit my XS650 Yamaha. I put a larger tire on a smaller M/C so I wasn't concerned with load rating. The K630 is rated for 50 lbs (617lbs) less that the K657 (677lbs). The speed rating is also less (112mph). What I'm saying is that while the K630 will fit the rim, you will need to determine if it's suitable for your particular ride and whether the lower profile is going be enough height reduction, it isn't much.
Also, the smaller tire may affect speedometer accuracy. Mine is off about 5mph with the larger tire
Hope this helps.
What size would I need for a lower profile on this bike. It sits a little too high but don't want to go through lowering prosses?
A shopper on Jan 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: It is difficult to answer your question without knowing the make and model of your bike. The sizes of tires that will fit your bike are determined primarily by the rim width and the space available between the tread and the swing arm. If you installed the smallest (height) tire recommended for your bike you might lower the rear end by 1/2 in or maybe 3/4 in. maximum. That would lower your seat height by about 1/4 in. However, there are many other considerations that should be taken into account. Changing rear tire height without changing the front end height will change the handling characteristics to some degree because it changes the angle between the front fork and the ground. Lowering the bike will also bring body parts (mufflers, kickstands, etc.) closer to the ground thus limiting the amount of lean angle available. A lower wider tire on a stock rim can add more flex to the sidewall of the tire which can make the bike feel real squirrely in the rear end. The guys that design these bikes have already considered all these things. They knew what they were doing. It's a good idea to stick with factory recommended tire sizes.
This tire ok for tubeless application?
