Excellent for KLR 650
I put a set of these on for a Baja trip, 3,000 miles... some hiway and lots of Baja 1000 race track. Before these I had a set of Dunlop 606's for the TAT and before that the OEM tires. I don't know how many miles you might get with these tires since I always put new tires on before a long trip. After 4,000 the rear tire has visible tread left in the middle and the front tire is, maybe, half gone.

These IRCs are by far the best for what I do... long adventure rides. 50% off hiway at least; the rest on hiways or improved roads. with about 40 lb of gear and 200 lb of rider. They are quiet on the hiway and provide plenty of traction off road at least in Baja. I adjust the air pressure up for the pavement and down to 16 or so for off road.

I always put the slime stuff in the tubes and (knock on wood) I haven't had even one flat with these tires.

I think they handle as well as any tire I've ever had and that includes lots of tires. street to knobbies; Metzlers to Bridgestones. I've never tried a Kenda or a Pirelli though.

thanks.

I have used this tire before and it works great!
Currently own a 2009 DR650 that I put these tires on but previosly owned a XL600 and used these tires on it and they always worked very well for the type of riding I do, backroads, forest service roads and light offroad.

Great tires for the money.
I have had these tires for 600 miles so far and they're on my xr650l. I went on an enduro ride with them and they worked great except in wet grass or muddy conditions.(just take your time and you'll be fine!) Great on road and show no signs of wear up to this point. I would buy these tires again, great value!

This has been my favorite dual sport tire for years. Holds up well in the dirt and doesnt slide around on the street like some other so called dual sport tires I've tried.

So far I like my pair of GP-110's on my XR650L
I've less than 300 miles on them, and only had them on pavement and gravel. I have yet to get them wet or in the mud. My last tires were the factory Dunlop knobbies. That being said, these 110's are much nicer on the street and in the corners. They don't "hum" at faster speeds like knobbs do and still perform well on gravel and hard pack surfaces. I'm sure i'll lose traction in mud and softer stuff compared to a knobby type tread. I'm pleased with them and would recommend them if your not in the mud and sand much.

my bike calls for 400-18 and you say 460-18 is an exact fit, how can that be?

BEST ANSWER: It's the same, 4.60 is just low profile and will fit the same rim
