What can you say about a tube. It holds air. Or at least until my tire iron put a hole in it. My fault, not Dennis kirks or IRC. I checked out "better" quality tubes locally and they weigh 2x. Why do I want to add extra unsprung weight. Buy the cheap one, save $ and weight. Watch out for sharp tire irons!
I like the IRC tubes because they hold air so well. I always check tire pressure before I ride, and rarely need to add air to these tubes. I just replaced a set of these tubes when installing new tires -- just because. I saved the old tubes as backup, since they still look new after 7,000 miles. In an emergency, I would feel confident to put them in a tire and run with them.
