Have an 2018 Indian bobber, so you may have a different experiance. After riding for about 30 minutes in the rain, neck and collar were wet. Because this has a hood, you never really get a good seal in he back. Didn't wear gloves, so rain was finding its way up my writst. Icon also says will keep you comfortable in mild to colder riding conditions... If definition of cold is 70, then ya. 62 and rain, felt a bit chilly. Just had a t-shirt on underneath. I really like the jacket, as long as it is not raining. Getting wet after paying $125 is disappointing. If you have a touring bike, or a bike with a windscreen, you might fair better.
