A friend and I work on our bikes together. We decided to go in halves on a carb sync tool. Found what we needed at DK. With free shipping on orders over $100, I was looking for items to add to our order. "Do you have a ser- vice manual for your bike, I asked". "No, order one",he replied. This book is concise, well illustrated, and paid for itself the first day we had it. I've used several service manuals over the years, and Haynes are the best.
I bought this manual because I've seen others at a very high price, but couldn't afford them. Upon recieving this, I was pleasantly surprised about the quality. It contains plenty of full color pictures and step by step information for all of my bike's needs, from oil changes to full engine rebuilds. If you need a good manual at a good price, check this out. It's very helpful.
If you've ever worked on any vehicle you've seen Haynes manuals. They give you all the information you need to perform your own service and repairs in a clear, understandable package. Invaluble for the home mechanic.
Not all the pictures and parts line up with my '77 KZ400D but it lines up well enough you can make a pretty good educated guess at it. The KZ went from not having ran in 10 years to running so I'd say it was good.
