Better performance, handling, and you could tell that it was fairly customized to the user.
I wanted something that could handle long highway rides as well as it did in town and on daily runs. Once the engine and suspension work were done I just wanted something that also spoke to my personal tastes.
Adding user comfort electronics. Off of the Aux power plug on the seat I wired a push button switch that is mounted to the side of the fuse box cover. That switch triggers my garage door opener under the seat. The speaker amp and aux light switch are mounted inside the fork bag that has rigid sides to it to mount electronics. With the coil relocation I ran a horn wiring extension to under the fairing where an air horn is mounted. The electronics make it almost a touring bike on a Dyna frame.
The fairing work. While the paint was simple paired with the coil relocation kit I was able to do a lot of custom wiring behind the fairing to get the speakers and air horn put in behind the fairing as well as hiding the extra wiring for the amp, speakers, aux lights, and horn.
