2000 Honda Shadow VLX

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

To be different from everyone else.

What motivated you to start your project?

OCC, Tv Program American Chopper

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

Designing the initial paint scheme and then allowing the artist to run with it.  Designing the custom rear fender rails and then designing the one off front wheel. Having the wife inspire me to place all the skulls around the Corbin seat. There are a lot of hidden details I’ve accomplished through out the yrs-some worked others didn’t.

What are you most proud of?

Just the fact that I had a vision of what was in my head and to bring out my personality out on a moto was just a great joy.

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

Most everyone I come across love it and takes them a while to actually see the details, it’s either the seat, paint, wheels or the little things.  Some ask why a Honda and especially the 600 Shadow VXL-Well it’s different. Granted it’s not a complete bobber build-up like most do with these little bikes.  I try to explain to that it’s different utilizing other manufactures parts / mixing and matching, including  modifying aftermarket or just designing my own.
