powercore II silincer
very goos silincer couldve lined up a little better. one of the things i liked about it was that the silincer has a straight pipe through the middle and has baffling around something resemblinga cheese grater rolled into a pipe. it was a little quiter than i anticipated but overall was good. one of the things that i LOVED about it was where the rubber gromet completes the seal between the expansion chamber and silincer was there is a lillte steel tab about 1/4 inch high that keeps the gromet there. the reason i liked this is because on my stock pipe and silincer the rubber gromet would slip off the seal onto the silincer and then the silincer wou deattach from the pipe and make it loud and useless. a contributing factor to this may have been my stock pipe was in bad condition.

Works well with porting and raised exhaust port..!
Its a great tail piece, and makes the bike work very well with a performance expansion main pipe. You have to port and do some mods for best performance. But it does sound great, even on my old RM 250, 03 model.

Looks good too..!!!

great silencer
this silencer looks great, sounds great (not too lould, not too soft) and certainly added pep to my 2001 yamaha blaster. if your looking for a good two stroke silencer, the fmf powercore 2 is the way to go. and @ 104.00 DENNIS KIRK is the place to get it. trust me, im a real bargan hunter(free shipping too) hope this helps

BEST ANSWER: You have to use the stock grommets if thats what you're asking.
