I am 6'1", slender build, 37" inseam woman. I ride a sport bike, so longer length pants is a necessity! I still need a mid calf boot for seated position...too bad they weren't longer, but they are the longest pants I have tried on...and my husband will vouch that I have tried on ALL of the options in 3 states! The only pair that came close to these are the Alter Ego men's medium tall, which are a bigger fit everywhere including wider hemline. If you are a slimmer woman looking for tall, well fitted pants I would get these! For a woman's fit don't forget to add a bit to your "waist measurement" to factor in for your hips (if yours are substantial) as these are a straight "man's cut" pair of pants. They are warm to ride in 10C weather. Haven't tried out the waterproof feature yet though. The zippers are large teeth and are good quality, durable. The knee armor uses adjustable velcro pockets which I don't particularly like to adjust as they are difficult, but good once they are set.
I purchased these so that I could ride in the winter here in the Mojave desert. I first ordered one size larger because I wanted to wear them over jeans and pants, but found that they were already over-sized for this purpose. Had to get the next size smaller. The lining makes them good for a comfortable ride on a 42 degree day, and maybe even for cooler temps. (42 degrees with a 65 mph wind give a windchill of about 27 degrees) The lining is removable which extends their life to warmer wind-breaking duty. Tough fabric with good stitching. Well made. Glad that I bought them.
At first I ordered a Meduim size, being as i have a 31 inch waist. Oh man... had to sent them back and get a small. When the right ones arrived, they were perfect. Even matched a Fieldsheer Jacket from another line. They are warm, even with the liner removed. Better venting would make them perfect, although in 90 degree weather at 65 mph, they arent uncomfortable.
