After receiving these gloves, I'm left scratching my head as to why in the world Fieldsheer would put protective pads on the INSIDE of the wrist. Logic would dictate you need protection on the OUTSIDE of your wrist because, if you've ever gone down, you know that that's the side of your wrist that hits the ground.
They also have very prominent seams inside that are uncomfortable against the skin. Despite the fact that it appears to be stitched externally on the fingers. Yet another puzzle.
Poor design choices aside, these gloves fit about a half-size big. There is excess material in the palm that would bunch up and interfere with controls. The wrist cuff closure does not cinch down very snugly at all, either. I'm a Medium in Joe Rocket, Olympia, and post-2015 Rev'It gloves. Based on the Fieldsheer size chart, a Medium in this glove should fit me; but the size medium is too loose on me.
This might be a brand to try if you have very thick hands and wrists.
