Get loaded with these guides!
Great low profile won't get in the way for other trailer uses but are more than plenty tall to load and hold your skis secure. Being a woodworker I squared up each end and cut a 45 degree bevel at the back of my trailer for easy loading so my carbides didn't catch on them. Pair them up with some track grips and you are ready to go!

Work great
These economical trailer guides were just the ticket. I placed 4 of them on the inside of my enclosed trailer and placed two of them on my trailer ramps. It makes it so easy to load and unload my Polaris Touring. Now the carbides don't chew up the wooden floor on the trailer. I also used the Trailer Grips - 13200 to complete the system........

Good Fit-thought they'd be higher though
These guides seem to work just fine and look like they's last a lnong time, however I thought the ridges would be higher, thus allowing the carbide blades on the skis to ride off of them. The good news is they seem to be strong enough to stand up to the blades, and they are esier to navigate - ie: they're not as slippery when you stand on them as the tall ones seem to be - anyone who has had their feet fly out from under them when they step on guides knows what I'm talking about. I'd reccommend them

Excellent value
Can't beat the price. They work excellent and held up well over years of abuse. I just ordered a couple more.

How far apart do you mount them?
A shopper on Jan 21, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I mounted them on my first trailer so that the sled skis were centered in the guides, but having two sleds with different ski widths made the install look funny. My second trailer I mounted the outboard guides against the trailer rails and split the difference in ski widths to make the install more symmetrical in the trailer.
What type and size screw should I use with these? What about a bushing?
A shopper on Dec 8, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I used #10 pan head sheet metal screws 3/4in. long ( stainless steel). Screw them down tight on one end and center the rest of the screws in the slots, don't tighten the ones in the slots to tight just snug so the guides can move a little, they will when they get warm. If the screws in the slots are to tight the guide will buckle. HAPPY SLEDING, Curt
