Nice Addition to Any Helmet
This is a nice addition to any helmet. I used to have a hard time with the standard buckles on a helmet. The Quick Release Buckle is a "snap" to open and close, even when wearing gloves. It was simple to install, taking less than a minute. I also appreciate the fact that you are not compromising safety by using this product.

what I've been looking for
The buckle is time saving and hassle free. It took all of 3 minutes to put it on the straps of the helmet.

How does it attach?
A shopper on Feb 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have the clip on all my helmets and once you get used to it, it's great. You can take helmets on and off with your gloves on. Anyway, it comes with instructions, but you bypass the double d rings and assemble one side of the clip through the loop of the strap and it snaps together. The other end uses a sliding bar connector to make it adjustable for putting the clip on the loose end of the strap. It's very easy. You can leave the d rings attached and you don't need to cut the strap just in case you don't want the quick release on it anymore. There are a bunch of videos on YouTube for reference.
How can I remove it from my old helmet and reinstall on the new one. Or do I have to buy another one?
David on Sep 4, 2016
BEST ANSWER: With the two clips detach from one another take a small needle nose pliers and in the female end of the buckle pinch those two metal tabs together and then pole on the black plastic in the black plastic should pull out of the clip and allow you to install it on a different helmet Enter an answer to this question.
