Love it. I’m no mechanic. Prefer a shop to do this.
Installed 3 years ago. Watched a YouTube video on the vz800 Maurader. Installation is straight forward. Good to have the proper tools like a drill press. Hand drilling can be a challenge. If it seems straight to you. It’s not when you have other eyes helping you out. I think did an okay job? I’m no mechanic but I like learning things. My opinion, I would recommend a shop to do this. Get the mixture right and all the jazz. Again.... I watch a YouTube video on the stage 2 installation on proper mixture that’s what I went by. I’ve adjusted a few times and feels not dialed in properly, running rich and a lot of back fire. Other then that adding a k&n air filter is a nice touch to the stage 2’s along with an aftermarket exhaust. She roars and get up and goes.
