I bought my bike used. It already had the Screaming Eagle Race turner installed. The bike ran OK, but I never received the tuner box. I have redone my tune with the auto tune function that come with the Power Vision. The bike now runs great and It is like a totally new bike. I no longer have the annoying decel popping .This tuner will work on more than one bike. This is a great feature because if you sell your bike you can re install the Power Vision on your new bike. Dynojet License Cost $199.00 Also the only difference between PV1 and PV2 is the cord.Dynojet Cost $24.99
Really great product. They did not have the exact tune for my Samson pipes. The team at Dynojet gave me a tune to start with and the sent me a custom tune after I gave them a report on how the bike was running. Now the bike runs awesome, has more power and runs cooler. Pipes sound awesome as well. Used it on my 2012 Roadking Classic, Samson exhaust system and se intake.
First Dennis Kirk needs to update the motorcycles this will work on. Per the Power Vision website this works on 2012 Harley Street Glide and it did mine. I was able to create a custom tune from one of the Pre-Configurations that were pre-installed. I had to do some research on how to do this but it worked like a charm. The nice thing is you dont have to leave this connected all the time, only for initial configuration. You can leave it connected to observe readings or change motocycle configuration. Once you are done you can disconnect and put away if you choose.
it recommends 10 hrs of recordings to adjust and tune, the 1st 10 hrs, took out the backfire and hard starting after warm engine, 2 nd 10 hrs give it more responce, now on 3rd 10 hrs and hope for better mpg, it seams patients out ways buying the advanced upgrade kit....so far.. 2008 street glide that I did a stage 2 up grade(cams and air flow) next.... true duals, that I will buy here,It should tune more again
Got product as described but after close r inspection this tuner will do much more than is described in the the presentation with the right understanding you tune whatever you want to all the way to just plain wild .
My 2010 Super Glide Custom was never a slouch, even fully stock. With only the stock tune flashed, it was like the bike drank a Red Bull. Every gear shift is now 10 mph lower because the bike has so much more spunk. I don't doubt that most tuners would produce similar results. But I like this one because I can see all the gauges from inside the bike without having to add every one at $100 a piece. And an oil temp reading dipstick is a lot harder to read down at my right ankle. There are fine tuners out there, but this is the only one that gives you information back. That is worth choosing this one.
Installed this on my 2013 '48 it was very easy to use and was easy to install. My bike has vance and hines short shots and the rsd slam air cleaner, with the power vision if runs great you can tell a pretty good difference in the response and power.
Fantastic results. The machine runs better than it has before. Bought the Power Vision PV1 for a 2007 Road King Classic, and it manages the fuel system easier and better than any other option. Super verstile. Highly recommended! Thanks DK.
After lots of reasearched I purchased the dynojet powervison for its claimed ease of use. I must say, glad I went this route. Changed to high flow air cleaner then reflashed with map in accordance to my upgrade and mins later was out riding. Night and day difference! Can't wait to do some more tinkering.
Not having to have a computer in order to load a map is a huge plus. I've loaded maps that performed poorly on my 2012 HD VRSCF, and I'm able to flash a previous map while out riding without having to hooking up to a computer.
