Overview of Duro HF296A & HF296C BLVD Tires

The premium-quality touring or cruiser tire

  • Features heavy-load capacity and deep-water shedding grooves, made to satisfy even the most demanding rider
  • Higher thread-count cords in a cross-ply reinforced arrangement makes these tires stronger and lighter weight than most bias-belted designs
  • Tubeless, but will accept inner tubes for tube type rims
  • With inner tubes, speed rating is reduced 15 percent

Safety Warning: Please consult tire manufacturers publication(s) and/or website(s) for information on tire care, safety, installation, maintenance, manufacturers warranty and other information. The tires used for your application must have a load index and speed rating equal to or greater than the tires fitted as original equipment.

GOOD TIRE FOR THE PRICE!!!
This tire is not a tire that will get you lots and lots of miles. On my 1985 Kawasaki Vulcan VN700A-1, it will go around 9-10,000 miles of laid back, easy riding. Some riders may get more, others may get less.

I ride year around as long as there is no ice or snow on the roads. I have had this tire in some torrential downpours and the softer rubber that it is made of will NOT let go of the road, as long as you ride smart. Traction has never been an issue with this tire.

For an inexpensive, minor brand tire, this tire is well worth the money if you just need a reliable tire that should easily get you through two or three seasons of 'average' riding.

Duro HF296A
These tires are a great value. They stick to the roads well. I have even done a track day on them with no slips. I'm very happy with them especially for the price.

An exceptional, inexpensive tire
I was a little concerned that the low price of the tire may result in a mediocre product, but I am pleasantly surprised at just how good the tire is. Have had them on for a couple weeks now, and no issues to speak of. Wet and dry riding conditions. Mechanic had a tough time getting the tire on the rim because of the stiff sidewall, but he thought is was a good tire as well. It handles well, turns easily and runs quiet too! Would definitely look at the Blvd. tire if you are on a tighter than usual budget.

I'm diggin' on this tire!
I was a bit concerned with regards to price vs. Quality. I was on a bit of a budget and took a chance...I 'm glad I did! This tire not only looks good but it is performing great! I would recommend it to my buddies in a second. I will be purchasing the rear wheel next!!!

Second set
This is my second set. For an inexperienced rider like me, these tires are great. Sticky in wet weather. I'm happy with the wear, may be a little less than some brands, but the grip makes up for the miles.
