Superhawk 996
Very good grip in the rain. Very good grip when leaned over. Seems like it grips more the farther you lean. Got over 8000 miles out of a rear. Front will last another 8000 before needing to be changed.

Both bikes in the picture are running these tires with similar results.

No Q2's
I normally run Dunlop's Q2's. This time I decided to try something that will last longer on my VFR. They feel a little harder and have slipped a little in the corners at full lean. I still like 'em enough to give a 5.

Another fantastic Dunlop product
I have been using RoadSmart and RoadSmart II tires on my sport touring bikes (FJ1200, VFR800) for years. They provide plenty of grip, wet or dry, even at a moderately aggressive pace. They have lasted me 4200-5200 miles each time without any serious degradation in performance.

I mount and balance my own tires and this model is very easy to do with spoons only.

I have tried the comparable tires from Michelin and Bridgestone and found that they fell short in every category, especially rider feedback.

Dunlop, you've done it again.
